BambooHR was used to formalize contractor and full time employee lifecycle processes, and to standardize exit interview and employee counseling documentation. Operationally the BambooHR rollout was coordinated with the companys existing third party PEO relationship with Insperity, with HR operations continuing to manage vendor and state mandated compliance obligations and I-9 verification alongside the HRIS. The system supported onboarding experiences that included international relocation services and was applied across Bonzzu sites and remote teams, aligning with the Global People Care organization. Governance of the new HRIS and related process changes was led by the Chief People Officer, who implemented new HR plans, personnel policies and procedures in parallel with BambooHR. Separately, HR process improvements implemented by leadership are documented as yielding a 30 percent increase in employee performance and a 20 percent increase in employee engagement. | |
