Governance and process changes included reassigning onboarding ownership from the HR Manager to the Benefits Administrator, updating new hire packets, and initiating electronic onboarding to automate benefit eligibility and enrollment workflows. These governance actions supported improved efficiency and minimized errors while maintaining ACA tracking responsibilities through the Microsoft Dynamics GP HR deployment. | |
