In 2025 Moldretail Group implemented SymphonyAI Demand Forecasting under the Demand Forecasting and Planning category to centralize demand signals across its Linella, CIP, Fidesco, and Bravo retail chains. The SymphonyAI Demand Forecasting deployment served as the forecasting layer in a coordinated SymphonyAI Forecast and Replenishment program that incorporated a SymphonyAI Warehouse Replenishment module. The implementation included the SymphonyAI Demand Forecasting application and the SymphonyAI Warehouse Replenishment module, configured to automate replenishment workflows and push forecasts into operational replenishment processes. Implemented with the support of Consulting4Retail, the solution achieved 95 percent forecast accuracy, supported acceleration of inventory turns from 27 to 20 days, delivered up to 10 percent sales growth in key categories, and reduced time spent on routine planning by 70 percent. Operational coverage spanned inventory planning and warehouse operations across Moldretail Group sites in Moldova with a rollout plan to scale the replenishment automation to additional warehouses including a new large facility. Ongoing work on master data and assortment management followed the initial deployment to ensure clean product hierarchies and to stabilize forecast inputs. Governance changes rebalanced planner roles from manual forecasting towards exception management and replenishment oversight, embedding the SymphonyAI Demand Forecasting application into supply chain planning and inventory management processes. Eugen Ursu, Digital Director at Moldretail Group, said "Warehouse replenishment automation has significantly improved our operational efficiency. We plan to scale this solution across all other warehouses, including a new large facility," and collaboration with Consulting4Retail continues to support operational scaling and data governance.
