KG implemented SAP S/4 HANA Finance, categorized as ERP Financial. Functional configuration and modules implemented include FI CO organizational structures, SAP business partner, general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, asset accounting, bank accounting, financial statements and reporting, consolidation EC CS, cost center and profit center accounting, and reporting capabilities. The implementation centralized core financial ledgers and controlling modules to operate as an autonomous finance and controlling domain. The architectural approach prioritized the SAP integrative system suite to enable a phased, highly integrative landscape rather than isolated point solutions. A subsequent roadmap step specifies introduction of SAP S/4HANA Retail for Merchandise Management to present merchandise management processes, mapping master data management, supplier management, dispatch and procurement, auditing, inventory and inventory management, warehouse logistics and returns processing for gradual integration with finance. Governance and rollout were managed by consenso Consulting under a holistic implementation mandate, maintaining planned cutover milestones and detailed process mapping across finance functions.
