Governance and operational cadence were built around Delivery Center processes, with the LSO Course Author and Publisher roles embedded in course lifecycle governance and the SAP LSO administrative team owning maintenance and upgrade opportunities. The implementation included role based support for district and county offices, occasional travel for training events, and participation in Human Resource Management Conferences to oversee district administration usage of the LSO system and training records. | |
