ADP TotalSource was established as the system of record for employee data, enabling entry, maintenance, expansion, and ongoing audit of employee records and compliance documentation. Workstreams included creation of performance management tools and delivery of training content for new hire orientation and the global HR team. Operational integrations included MARIProject (SAP) for timesheet and payroll data exchange, with ADP TotalSource handling payroll calculation and payroll submission workflows. The project managed the migration from Insperity PEO into ADP TotalSource and established recurring data feeds between timekeeping and payroll systems. The deployment supported more than 100 employees across all departments and centralized reporting workflows for leadership and C level stakeholders. Governance and process changes formalized bi-weekly payroll submission procedures, ongoing HRIS audits, and compliance with federal, state, and local legislation. HR maintained responsibility for employee file accuracy, background screening administration, and coaching hiring managers on recruitment and employment procedures. The HR coordinator role oversaw testing and implementation cycles for system upgrades, coached leadership on sensitive employee situations, and maintained operational reporting for executive decision making.
