Atlantic LNG | Oil, Gas and Chemicals | 1000 | $250M | Trinidad and Tobago | IBM | IBM Maximo CMMS | Computerized Maintenance Management (CMMS) | 2020 | n/a | Atlantic LNG implemented IBM Maximo CMMS in 2020 as part of a rapid digitalisation push that prioritized remote-capable maintenance and safety workflows during the pandemic. The deployment supported Atlantic LNG’s Computerized Maintenance Management (CMMS) needs by centralizing maintenance execution and asset information to sustain operations under public safety constraints. The IBM Maximo CMMS rollout emphasized core Computerized Maintenance Management (CMMS) capabilities, including work order management, asset registry and hierarchy, planned maintenance scheduling, mobile workforce support, and safety inspection capture. Configuration focused on mobile and intrinsically safe device data capture to enable live reporting from field crews, while automation enabled standardized work order lifecycles and trend-backed maintenance planning. Maximo served as a primary maintenance data source for the enterprise Business Intelligence programme, with new automated report processes refreshing data extracted from key enterprise applications such as Maximo. The Connected Worker initiative provided live, helmet-mounted analytics and field reporting that were consumed alongside Maximo-sourced maintenance and asset records to improve situational awareness for safety walk downs, planned maintenance, and remote vendor support. Governance and rollout combined research, design, and sourcing to define requirements for the Digital Roadmap, aligning maintenance, operations, safety, and engineering teams to new remote-first workflows. Explicit outcomes documented by Atlantic LNG include faster decision-making from real-time data, more accurate trend reporting, optimized field time, and reduced travel, accommodation, and standby costs while enabling planned maintenance and safety activities with off-site vendor participation.

Atlantic LNG | Oil, Gas and Chemicals | 1000 | $250M | Trinidad and Tobago | Oracle | Oracle E-Business Suite Inventory Management | Inventory Management | 2015 | n/a | In 2015, Atlantic LNG implemented Oracle E-Business Suite Inventory Management. The deployment targeted Atlantic LNG's 1000 employee Oil, Gas and Chemicals operations in Trinidad and Tobago and was scoped to provide standard Inventory Management functionality to support finance and procurement workflows. The Oracle E-Business Suite Inventory Management implementation was configured to manage item master data, transactional receipts and issues, cycle counting and inventory costing to align inventory records with financial ledgers. Oracle E-Business Suite Inventory Management was integrated with core Oracle Financials modules, specifically Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Payment handling and Purchasing, reflecting an end to end alignment between inventory transactions and procure to pay and asset accounting processes. The solution was provisioned on a centralized Oracle E-Business Suite instance serving Atlantic LNG's Trinidad and Tobago operations, with operational coverage spanning finance, procurement, stores and operations teams. Integration points emphasized data flows for purchase receipts, inventory valuation postings to the General Ledger and fixed asset capitalization triggers originating from inventory movements. Governance was established through a designated Oracle Financial Administrator and Financial Systems Analyst who acted as the primary support group for troubleshooting and day to day administration across AP, AR, GL, FA, Inventory, Payment, Purchasing and Time and Labour related modules. Process changes focused on tightening handoffs between stores and finance, enforcing inventory transaction controls, and formalizing support and escalation pathways for inventory reconciliations and accounting alignment.
