Liberty Energy Oil, Gas and Chemicals 4580 $4.1B United States Oracle Oracle Cloud SCM Supply Chain Management 2022 Peloton Consulting Group In 2022 Liberty Energy implemented Oracle Cloud SCM as the core of a broader Supply Chain Management and enterprise systems program. The deployment was executed for Liberty Energy, an independent hydraulic fracturing services provider operating across onshore North America, and aligned with the companys need to scale processes and data visibility as it grew to a multi-billion dollar organization with approximately 4,580 employees. The implementation of Oracle Cloud SCM focused on standard Supply Chain Management capabilities including procurement orchestration, inventory visibility, and order and transportation coordination, configured to support hydraulic fracturing logistics and materials planning. The program was delivered alongside Oracle ERP, Oracle EPM, and Oracle HCM covering Core, Payroll, and Benefits, reflecting an integrated approach to financial, planning, and workforce data to feed supply chain workflows. Integrations were explicitly provisioned with Oracle Transportation Management and Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse to unify transportation mechanisms and centralize supply chain data for analytics and operational reporting. The technical architecture emphasized data consolidation and end to end transaction visibility, enabling Oracle Cloud SCM to serve as the transactional backbone for procurement, logistics, and supplier interactions across Liberty Energys North American operations. Peloton Consulting Group acted as the system integrator for the Oracle Cloud journey, guiding configuration, process redesign, and rollout governance for SCM, transportation, finance, and HR teams. The project produced stated outcomes of improved access of data, full visibility into the supply chain, greater control of approval workflows, and increased knowledge and visibility into transportation mechanisms, with governance and workflow controls embedded in the Oracle Cloud SCM configuration.
