Christelijke Onderwijs Groep Vallei & Gelderland-Midden (COG) | Education | 999 | $250M | Netherlands | Engage Process | Engage Process BPM | Process Mining | 2017 | n/a | In 2017, Christelijke Onderwijs Groep Vallei & Gelderland-Midden implemented Engage Process BPM as a Process Mining solution to formalize HR process discovery and modeling. The deployment concentrated on HR process mapping at Dulon College where four teams received support for HR Development, the Corona taskforce including homework policy, Communication for HR developments on the COG platform, and buddy support for HR analytics and employment conditions. Engage Process BPM was used together with Engage Process Modeler to document end to end HR workflows, capture process variants, and produce canonical process models as part of the initiative Getting the base in order. Functional capabilities applied included process modeling, process discovery and visualization, and BPM oriented process documentation to support Strategic Personnel Planning activities. Operational governance centered on an internal advisor and sparring partner who owned the themes of HR Development, the Corona taskforce and Communication, while also acting as a buddy for HR analytics and employment conditions to coordinate process documentation and validation. The governance approach aligned outputs from Engage Process BPM with Strategic Personnel Planning under the guidance of Moon HRM, enabling cross team review and ongoing process definition. | |
