These integrations created an end-to-end reporting pipeline from encounter data through CMS submission preparation, enabling regular data refreshes and more timely submission workflows. Operational scope covered Alteon’s emergency medicine and hospitalist groups and involved aligning Quality, Clinical Operations, and reporting teams through centralized governance and clinician feedback loops. Alteon licensed specialty QCDR measures to improve specialty-specific reporting, and the deployment correlated with an increase in Alteon average MIPS score from 29 for performance year 2018 to 81 for performance year 2020 while establishing ongoing governance for measure management and submission cadence.
