Christus Muguerza Healthcare 6000 $600M Mexico SAP SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Core HR 2018 Neoris In 2018 Christus Muguerza implemented SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central as Core HR to support human capital processes and payroll processing across its hospital network. The deployment targeted a health system with more than 6,500 collaborators operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, covering 11 hospitals, 5 social assistance clinics, 2 nursing schools and multiple primary and short stay medical centers, and it was executed with SAP as the vendor and Neoris as the system integrator. The SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation included a broad set of modules, explicitly Employee Central, Recruiting Management, Recruiting Marketing, Employee Profile, On Boarding, Performance and Goals, Development, JAM, Employee Central Payroll, Learning Management System LMS and Compensation. Configuration work focused on using Employee Central as the HR master data repository, Employee Central Payroll for payroll processing, and the Recruiting and On Boarding modules to standardize workforce entry flows, while Performance and Development and LMS were provisioned to manage career paths and training plans. Operational coverage emphasized hospital and clinical HR functions, configuring Employee Central to handle a mix of operational and administrative profiles across multiple sites, and to support payroll processing for continuous 24 7 operations. Neoris led the implementation integration effort, aligning SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central with organizational HR requirements and payroll workflows to consolidate core HR records and compensation planning across the Christus Muguerza network. Governance and process restructuring accompanied the technical deployment, with governance centered on a centralized HR master data model and standardized HR processes for recruiting, onboarding, compensation and professional development. Neoris provided implementation governance and change coordination to embed the new Core HR platform into existing HR operations and to support ongoing administration by Christus Muguerza HR teams.
