Governance centered on embedding screening gates and standardized workflows into the existing JobAdder process, while leveraging Vocus Group contributions to reporting through JobAdder PowerAdder for visibility into hiring funnel activities. The InterCheck deployment formed part of a broader effort to reduce manual entry and administrative overhead in recruitment, by centralizing candidate screening and streamlining recruiter to hiring manager handoffs.
