The rollout included training and migrating up to 300 financial analysts onto InCorta, and data enrichment workflows were developed with finance subject matter experts to standardize financial calculations and dimensionality for enterprise reporting. Integration architecture connected InCorta to NetSuite and Oracle EPM including PBCS, ingesting transactional and plan data to enable lifecycle analytics for revenue and expenses. The technical approach used automated data pipelines from NetSuite and Oracle EPM into InCorta, and orchestration logic was implemented to maintain refresh cadence for dashboards and ad-hoc queries, while preserving source system fidelity for reconciliations. Governance was driven by a multi-phase program roadmap and close collaboration between finance SMEs and the NetSuite support team, the approach included user enablement, staged subject area delivery and handover of analytics ownership to the finance organization. Report authorship, access controls and data stewardship processes were established as part of the deployment to institutionalize analytics workflows and ensure consistent financial reporting in InCorta.
