The Verint Workforce Management deployment delivered standard Workforce Management functional modules including demand forecasting, capacity planning, automated scheduling, intraday adherence and real time adherence monitoring, and workforce analytics. Configuration and solution design work focused on custom scheduling rules, exception handling and workforce automation to support large scale personalised customer journeys and agent experience improvements. Architecturally the implementation was cloud oriented, integrating Verint Workforce Management with Genesys Cloud telephony, Salesforce CRM and Google Cloud Platform Contact Centre AI and Generative AI components. Contact Centre AI integrations supported conversational AI, voice and chat bots for front end routing and workload shaping, while Verint Cloud workforce management integrations provided the operational control plane for staffing and schedule orchestration across sites. Program governance and delivery were led through formal initiation, business case development, business requirements and solution architecture phases, followed by design build and configuration work. Stakeholder, vendor and contract management were managed centrally, with staged rollouts and change impact activities across Australia wide operations under the accountability of a senior project manager. Delivery included Google Cloud Platform Generative AI and Conversational AI solutions including voice and chat bots, and provisioning of more than 1500 contact centre seats into Genesys Cloud and Verint Cloud workforce management. The deployment positioned Verint Workforce Management to support cross functional contact centre workforce processes and ongoing operational orchestration without asserting quantified outcomes or cost figures. | |
