Limited implemented gulfHR Employee Leave as part of its gulfHR platform for Absence and Leave Management, establishing core absence workflows for the EPC contractor in the United Arab Emirates. The implementation is scoped to HR and payroll functions and aligns with Dodsal’s long standing gulfHR relationship that included a migration to the latest gulfHR platform in under a month. gulfHR Employee Leave was deployed alongside payroll processing, performance management, and self service HR capabilities, with the case documentation highlighting payroll, performance management and self service in the HR and payroll area. The narrative supports use of the dedicated Employee Leave module to manage leave types, entitlement calculations, approvals and employee leave requests, reflecting standard Absence and Leave Management functionality. Architecturally the deployment sits within the integrated gulfHR application suite, enabling workflow automation across payroll and performance management modules and centralized HR processing for Dodsal’s UAE operations. The submodules implemented emphasize automated approval routing, self service submission and HR case tracking to reduce manual leave reconciliation and to synchronize leave records with payroll input files. Governance and rollout were executed within HR and payroll teams, with process changes focused on automated workflows and manager self service approvals. Reported outcomes included improved payroll processing accuracy, enhanced performance management workflows and broader workflow automation, consistent with the gulfHR platform upgrade and the inclusion of gulfHR Employee Leave in the HR application footprint.
