Functional capabilities referenced include executive reporting, planning visualization and operational scorecards, complemented by SAP Fiori apps for plant and shop floor consumption capturing. Financial consolidation and month-end close workflows were integrated into the analytics narrative through SAP S/4HANA and SAP BPC. Integrations were explicitly implemented with SAP S/4HANA for ERP transactional data, SAP BW and SAP HANA for data warehousing and aggregation, SAP BPC for financial consolidation and planning, and SAP Ariba Upstream for strategic procurement processes. Operational coverage spans plant and asset maintenance, shop floor operations, procurement and finance, reflecting an enterprise scope of analytic consumption tied to these business functions. The project was staged under the 1ADARO program with Phase 1 completing ERP foundational components and Phase 2 progressing SAP BW HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud dashboarding. Governance and rollout followed a phased ERP program model, with analytics adoption sequenced alongside S/4HANA and BPC consolidation workstreams to simplify the month-end financial close and centralize management reporting. The implementation explicitly aimed to provide real-time analytics for enterprise wide business insights to aid monitoring and decision-making, and subsequent phases were planned to extend procurement and planning integration to broaden analytic coverage.
