Custom reporting and forms were managed through MD050 documentation and configuration work for automated receipt to invoice application logic. Oracle Cash Management and Oracle Receivables were integrated with JDA MMS and point of sale systems, implementing interfaces for customer, supplier, receivable invoice and receipt data, and an auto application program for receipts to invoices. The project facilitated testing of these third party interfaces and coordinated Service Requests with Oracle Metalink for patch and data fixes as part of cutover readiness. Project governance was overseen by a Project Manager who prepared and monitored the project plan, managed escalated issues, consolidated project documentation, and ensured timely sign off of Project Milestone Certificates, while an Application Consultant handled presales, implementation and post live support for Oracle EBS R12 Financials modules including GL, AP, AR, CM and FA. Ongoing maintenance support and supervised post live support processes covered Oracle Financials and Property Manager components, with escalation and SR handling defined for continued operational support.
