Responsibilities documented for the lead architecture role included understanding Workday business processes, conducting impact analysis, designing Workday and SAP integration, producing functional specifications, and defining technical and migration requirements. The initiative ran from June 2016 to December 2017 and included defining testing requirements and a cut-over strategy and plans. Governance activities centered on coordinating SAP HCM configuration updates for Payroll and Time, defining development requirements, and aligning HR and payroll operational owners across regions to maintain synchronized master data between Workday and SAP. | |
