The implementation encompassed multiple Fusion HCM modules, specifically Core HR, Talent Management, Workforce Management, Payroll, HCM Analytics, and Oracle Taleo Learn as the Learning Management System supporting QMS-PMO training initiatives. Core HR workstreams covered employee data, time and attendance tracking, payroll processing, position creation, performance tracking environments and dashboards. Talent Management activities addressed recruiting and onboarding, and talent development including performance, career and succession planning. Workforce Management configuration focused on time and labor management, absence management and workforce scheduling, while Payroll handled pay calculation and distribution including deductions and benefits. HCM Analytics delivered dashboards and reports for workforce trend analysis and HR metrics. Architecturally the program managed delivery across the EBS database tier and application tier into the Oracle ERP Fusion environment, plus supporting data migrations and integrations required for end-to-end HCM operations. Data migration activities were executed comprehensively and included data assessment, defining migration scope, developing migration and test strategies, backup and recovery planning, confirming the data model, data mapping documentation, data transformation, data masking, data cleansing, data validation and integrity validation, error management, data loading, post-migration verification including UAT, data cleanup and archiving, and enabling data performance strategies. Program governance was driven by formal project management and Agile methods, with a Sr. Project Manager and Agile Scrum Master role overseeing delivery. Project artifacts included a comprehensive project plan, business workshops with Accounting, Finance and Treasury, gap analysis, configuration workbooks, end-to-end solution design specifications, RACI matrices, RAID logs and module-level mapping documentation. Test teams were managed to ensure collaboration between development, infrastructure and operations for integrated testing cycles and user acceptance testing, aligning process and workflow changes with the new Oracle Cloud HCM Workforce Management deployment. | |
