Aurrum Healthcare 1100 $93M Australia MHR (formerly MidlandHR) MHR People First Core HR Core HR 2018 n/a In 2018, Aurrum implemented MHR People First Core HR to centralize Core HR for payroll and workforce administration across its Australian operations. The deployment targeted national payroll coverage for roughly 1,000 employee records spanning multiple states and was positioned to consolidate disparate enterprise bargaining agreement configurations and payroll processing rules. The MHR People First Core HR implementation included configuration of core employee data, detailed pay rule engines, and automated calculation routines for back pays, bonuses, payroll taxes, workers compensation, termination payments, and redundancy calculations. Configuration, testing, and troubleshooting were emphasized during rollout to achieve high automation levels, with operational controls and regular reconciliation routines established to ensure accuracy and compliance. Operational integrations and system interfaces reflected the existing payroll and timekeeping landscape, with Time Target time and attendance and payroll engines such as Sage MicrOpay and Meridian present in the environment and incorporated into end-to-end payroll workflows. The implementation therefore supported orchestration between MHR People First Core HR records and external T&A and payroll processing systems to enable automated pay feeds and bulk calculations. Governance and process changes accompanied the technical implementation, including centralizing payroll operations in-house from outsourced providers, consolidating multiple EBAs and payroll systems into a unified Core HR workflow, and instituting regular audit and reconciliation processes. Explicit outcomes recorded during and after the program included approximately 90 percent automation of payroll tasks, reduction of fortnightly payroll processing time from six days to three days, accommodation of headcount growth from 200 to 1,000 employees, and the ability to process bulk redundancy calculations for more than 200 employees.
