The deployment was operationally integrated with warehouse and vehicle loading processes to align route plans with physical loading constraints, and processes were established for logging and maintenance of drivers hours to ensure compliance with EU and domestic regulations. Governance and rollout were executed at the operations level with supervisors responsible for crew training, debriefs, absence monitoring, return to work interviews, and disciplinary actions where required. The implementation affected delivery operations, driver management, and warehouse coordination, and included hands on training for full time and agency delivery staff and procedural controls for route cost effectiveness and real time problem solving. | |
