The operational scope centers on the digital department and IT operations, with features supporting decisions about equipment replacement, agent relocation and the assessment of a service's usefulness and environmental impact for public service delivery.
Governance was adjusted to anchor ESG considerations into everyday decision making rather than operating as a separate initiative, aligning procurement and budget processes with climate commitments and raising employee awareness through in-app information. The combined deployment of ServiceNow ITSM and Aguaro's My IT Footprint has been positioned as a dynamic, integrated element of Bordeaux Métropole's digital service management and environmental governance.
