Hoist Finance conducted structure and cost centre mapping and engaged key stakeholders early in the rollout, providing a common control model before technical configuration and reducing change management friction. AMCO Solutions served as the implementation partner, and initial phases produced rapid outcomes, including an annual budget rolled out within two months and Q1 actuals reported using OneStream XF within two months of go live, delivering immediate return on the platform investment and improved executive visibility for strategic decision making. | |
