The program of work addressed governance needs driven by increased demands for transparency, internal control and compliance, with process redesign to reduce duplicate data entry and reconciliation bottlenecks that previously surfaced at business unit and group level. The platform consolidated data previously scattered across multiple local systems and jurisdictions, standardizing cost centre and control structures so reporting and analysis could be performed at different levels of detail without impacting corporate standards. Hoist Finance conducted structure and cost centre mapping and engaged key stakeholders early in the rollout, providing a common control model before technical configuration and reducing change management friction. AMCO Solutions served as the implementation partner, and initial phases produced rapid outcomes, including an annual budget rolled out within two months and Q1 actuals reported using OneStream XF within two months of go live, delivering immediate return on the platform investment and improved executive visibility for strategic decision making. | |
