The solution also provides workshop work overviews and reporting to coordinate scheduled transports, preparations and repairs. Integration architecture includes single sign on using Active Directory Federated Services for Windows credential authentication and SAP Cloud Connector based interfacing to the customer SAP CRM system to import vehicle master data. Texting and emailing workflows are implemented via third party webservices including MailChimp to deliver SMS reminders the eve of reservations and daily pushed emails to car park managers. The transporter of vehicles uses in-application confirmations to close transport tasks and feed status back into the scheduling module. The deployment enforces role based authorizations for managers, coordinators, workshop, and parking staff to limit allowed actions per car park and per brand. Operational governance centered on integrated scheduling so that all parties operate against a single timetable for just in time preparation and transport. Reported outcomes from the engagement include full visibility on vehicle characteristics and status across stakeholders, direct communication and confirmation with external transporters, automatic monthly cost calculations, significant error reduction, faster reservation throughput, higher user adoption due to a user friendly responsive UI and increased customer satisfaction and transparent communication. | |
