Jacopa | Utilities | 117 | $42M | United Kingdom | IFS | IFS ERP | ERP Financial | 2018 |
In 2018, Jacopa implemented IFS ERP by deploying IFS Applications 9 as an ERP Financial solution using IFS Managed Cloud on Microsoft Azure. Anthesis led the managed cloud implementation as the IFS services partner and reseller and formed a team of IFS specialists to design, configure and support the deployment.
The implementation provided real time information across four UK sites and enabled over 70 staff to monitor core business processes. IFS ERP was configured to support manufacturing, purchasing and support workflows, aligning with Jacopa’s project focused requirements for municipal and industrial wastewater treatment and allowing the platform to accept additional functionality as required.
Architecturally the solution was provisioned on IFS Managed Cloud on Microsoft Azure, with Anthesis responsible for configuration, testing and managed support. The project team worked in collaboration with Jacopa and IFS to build a flexible, cloud native ERP Financial landscape that emphasizes rapid deployment and operational adaptability across the company’s UK sites.
Governance and rollout were organized around a tight deadline, with Anthesis creating a dedicated IFS specialist delivery team to accelerate cutover and provide post go live support. The deployment aimed to ensure agility and to allow Jacopa’s new management to focus on productivity and skills while the IFS ERP platform handles transactional and project operationalization.

Chemigraphic | Manufacturing | 137 | $27M | United Kingdom | IFS | IFS Cloud ERP | ERP Financial | 2018 |
In 2018, Chemigraphic implemented IFS Cloud ERP using IFS Applications 10 as an entirely cloud based deployment, positioning the project within the ERP Financial category. The implementation began in May 2018 and was executed primarily out of Chemigraphic’s Crawley site, covering approximately 75 system users across manufacturing and office operations. Anthesis acted as the implementation partner and led the project delivery from launch through testing and go live.
The IFS Cloud ERP deployment included core IFS modules for Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Projects, Financials, Warehousing, CRM, HR and Maintenance, with configuration and testing spanning both functional and technical consultancy. Chemigraphic adopted handheld devices for warehousing data capture in addition to office based IFS Applications 10 usage, reflecting mixed-device operational workflows and mobile inventory processes.
Architecturally the solution was completely hosted on Microsoft Azure, delivering a cloud only deployment model for IFS Applications 10. Anthesis resourced the rollout with a six consultant delivery team led by Mike Evans, while a Chemigraphic taskforce led by Technical Director Stewart Gadd and NPI and Sales Systems Manager Alex Cook provided internal governance and subject matter leadership.
Governance and rollout emphasized a joint project management model and iterative testing cycles to embed the application across business functions. Reported outcomes from Chemigraphic include improved operational efficiency, superior planning, better forecasting and enhanced capacity management as the business moved enterprise processes onto a single IFS Cloud ERP platform.

In 2018, Chemigraphic implemented IFS Cloud Project Management as part of an entirely cloud-based deployment of IFS Applications 10, aligning the work under the Project Portfolio Management category. Anthesis acted as the authorised systems integrator and led the partner-led project from its May 2018 start, delivering one of the first UK implementations of IFS Applications 10 hosted end to end in the cloud.
The implementation provisioned core IFS modules including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Projects, Financials, Warehousing, CRM, HR and Maintenance, with project management workflows configured to support Project Portfolio Management practices. Roughly 75 system users were onboarded, with handheld devices used for warehousing transactions and office-based access for planning, forecasting and operational control.
