Anthesis delivered the project with a six person consulting team led by Mike Evans, supported by a Chemigraphic taskforce led by Technical Director Stewart Gadd and NPI and Sales Systems Manager Alex Cook, with the engagement beginning in May 2018 and including functional and technical consultancy plus extensive testing. Anthesis characterized this as one of the first partner led, entirely cloud implementations of IFS Applications 10 for a UK company, and Chemigraphic reported operational benefits including superior planning, better forecasting and enhanced capacity management after consolidating processes into IFS Applications 10 and using IFS Cloud HCM for Core HR operations.
