The cloud-based Core HR rollout covered the group’s roughly 23,000 employees across 35 sites in the United Kingdom, Netherlands and Poland, and provided common processes for the entire organisation to adopt. The platform enabled consolidated reporting and faster access to workforce and skills indicators, and it was positioned as a scalable execution layer for acquisitions, reducing acquisition integration timelines from years to weeks. Atos acted as the implementation partner and provided certified SuccessFactors consultancy and implementation governance to support adoption across HR and line management. Governance workstream activity included data consolidation, process standardisation and change guidance to reduce manual HR workloads, simplify headcount reporting, and enable strategic workforce planning across the business. | |
