NXO | Professional Services | 1250 | $250M | France | SAP | SAP S/4 HANA - Materials Management (MM) | Inventory Management | 2021 | In 2021, NXO implemented SAP S/4 HANA Materials Management (MM) as the Inventory Management component of a broader SAP S/4HANA ERP migration covering back-office functions. The program was executed with Augusta Reeves Group leading the first phase, following a decision made at the end of 2019 to consolidate the company SAP footprint and prepare the environment for a controlled S/4HANA rollout. The implementation encompassed core back-office modules including FICO, SD/MM and PS, with Materials Management MM configured to support procurement, inventory control and material master rationalization. Data cleansing was performed using SAP SLO to remove records tied to prior group subsidiaries, which explicitly reduced the size of the SAP HANA database, and server infrastructures were repatriated to and modernized in NXO data centers to align the runtime architecture with the new S/4HANA landscape. Business lines and key users participated in intensive testing cycles and user training prior to go-live, with SAP S/4HANA entering production in September 2021 followed by a short hypercare window to resolve initial issues. The deployment introduced Fiori dashboards to improve ergonomics for operational staff, with project managers receiving Fiori tiles first and plans to extend modernized user interfaces across other roles. Governance relied on an engaged key user community to validate standard processes and integrate fixes during iterative test phases, keeping scope constant to shorten project duration and control costs. NXO documented specific downstream workstreams for 2022 to redeploy SAP CRM 7 functionality into SAP S/4HANA and to implement SAP S/4HANA Service alongside SAP Field Service Management, with those additions intended to enable AI assisted processes, IoT driven field feedback, customer self service and simplified task planning as part of the extended roadmap.

NXO | Professional Services | 1250 | $250M | France | SAP | SAP S/4 HANA - Project System (PS) | Project Portfolio Management | 2021 | In 2021, NXO implemented SAP S/4 HANA - Project System (PS) within a Project Portfolio Management deployment as part of its broader SAP S/4HANA ERP rollout across back-office functions. The 2021 go live consolidated the back-office scope including Financials and Controlling, Sales and Distribution and Materials Management, together with Project System, to provide a unified project accounting and delivery backbone for the professional services organization. The implementation configured SAP S/4 HANA - Project System (PS) alongside FICO and SD/MM modules, and extended SAP Fiori for modernized user interfaces, with project managers provisioned with Fiori tiles. The project deliberately maintained a constant functional scope without adding major new features in order to shorten the timeline and control project costs, while prioritizing ergonomics and operational adoption through Fiori dashboards. Augusta Reeves Group led the first phase of implementation and SAP performed data cleansing using SAP System Landscape Optimization to remove records tied to former group entities, which reduced the SAP HANA database footprint. Server infrastructures were repatriated to NXO data centers and modernized as part of the technical cutover, and SAP S/4HANA entered production in September 2021 followed by a period of hypercare. Governance relied on extensive key user testing and end user training before go live, with rapid issue resolution during hypercare, and teams adapted to the new ERP quickly. NXO plans a subsequent stage in 2022 to redeploy SAP CRM 7 functionality into SAP S/4HANA and to implement SAP S/4HANA Service complemented by SAP Field Service Management to extend field operations, support IoT data capture, enable machine learning use cases and introduce customer self-service workflows.

Decayeux STI | Manufacturing | 253 | $30M | France | SAP | SAP S/4 HANA | ERP Financial | 2023 | In 2023, Decayeux STI migrated from SAP ERP ECC 6.0 to SAP S/4 HANA as the core of an ERP Financial modernization program. The conversion was executed as a brownfield, like-for-like migration to preserve 22 years of transactional data while moving to an SAP HANA database and Unicode support. The technical path included an intermediate upgrade from ECC EHP0 non-Unicode to EHP7 Unicode before the SAP S/4 HANA conversion. The ERP scope remained a classic ERP Financial footprint with limited bespoke developments, while the migration addressed database conversion, Unicode conversion, and retention of master and historical data. The project leveraged the SAP data migration cockpit and integrated analytical functions to reduce reliance on legacy ABAP reports, and the roadmap incorporated SAP Fiori for user interface modernization with deployment and training planned into 2024. Endexar was responsible for preparing the on-premises server infrastructure and SAP HANA foundations, while Augusta Reeves Group led the intermediate upgrade, the conversion to SAP S/4 HANA, user training, and ongoing third party application maintenance. The engagement used a single contract and delivery team model to coordinate the conversion and the corporate split that created Decayeux STI and Decayeux Luxe. The go live was postponed from April to August 2023 to align with a financial close window, with the system split completed at the end of September 2023, and the SAP S/4 HANA ERPs for Decayeux STI and Decayeux Luxe now operational. Governance emphasized internal capability building, Augusta Reeves trained Decayeux STI SAP experts on SAP Fiori configuration, screen and menu construction, rights and roles, the data migration cockpit, and embedded analytics so the IT department could assume functional leadership. Augusta Reeves will provide TMA while Decayeux STI retains SAP functional expertise and responsibility for incremental Fiori rollouts. The implementation centralized core ERP Financial processing on SAP S/4 HANA and established a governance model that balances external maintenance with in-house SAP ownership.
