Pronto XI ERP was configured to address procurement, stock ordering, inventory management, purchasing records, and core financial controls consistent with ERP Financial functionality. Office Choice | Retail | 110 | $11M | Australia | Pronto Software | Pronto XI Avenue eCommerce | eCommerce | 2016 |
In 2016, Office Choice implemented Pronto XI Avenue eCommerce as part of a national roll-out of the Pronto Xi enterprise software system, deploying a Commerce Vision integrated eCommerce solution in the eCommerce category. The project was led with the reseller and implementation partner ABT Group and used Pronto Software technology to standardize commerce and back-office operations across the Office Choice Dealer Group.
The implementation delivered a consolidated application set including Pronto POS, Sales Orders, Inventory, Purchasing, Financials and Supplier Catalogue modules, with the fully integrated Commerce Vision eCommerce front end provided under the Pronto XI Avenue eCommerce name. The commercial arrangement included concurrent user licensing, hosted delivery, support, consulting and targeted development services from ABT Group, which supported a repeatable cutover process used during the national roll-out.
Operationally the deployment covered head office and the dealer network that supports more than 130 national Office Choice dealers, spanning warehouse B2B operations through to small retail storefronts. The program replaced the dealer group’s internally developed ChoiceBMS system that was written in Cobol, and integrated point of sale and web order flows so orders from the web feed into the same processing and dispatch streams as in-store transactions.
Governance and adoption emphasis centered on ABT Group delivering structured training at head office so Office Choice could cascade training to dealers, and on a repeatable implementation playbook for cutting over individual sites. Dealer feedback reported improved efficiencies in order processing and dispatch, better access to information for faster decision making, increased reliability and ease of use at POS, and several dealers indicated plans to add additional Pronto Xi modules such as CRM.

Office Choice | Retail | 110 | $11M | Australia | Pronto Software | Pronto XI Distribution | Supply Chain Management | 2016 |
In 2016, Office Choice implemented Pronto XI Distribution as a Supply Chain Management solution in a coordinated national roll out across its Dealer Group. The implementation covered the full Dealer network supporting more than 130 Office Choice dealers, spanning B2B warehouse operations through to small retail shop formats, and was delivered with ABT Group as the reseller and implementation partner.
The Pronto XI Distribution deployment included core modules such as Pronto POS, Sales Orders, Inventory, Purchasing, Financials and Supplier Catalogue, and was delivered with the fully integrated Commerce Vision eCommerce system. Configuration emphasized order processing, inventory accuracy, dispatch workflows and concurrent user licensing, with several dealers indicating plans to extend usage to CRM functionality available within the Pronto Xi ecosystem.
ABT Group provided consulting, support, development and hosting as part of the solution stack, and helped Office Choice establish a repeatable cutover process and a train the trainer approach that enabled head office to cascade training to individual dealers. The Commerce Vision eCommerce integration was implemented as a fully integrated channel to capture web orders directly into the Pronto XI Distribution transactional flow, improving order integration from web channels into back office fulfillment.
As part of the program Office Choice discontinued further development of their internally developed ChoiceBMS and centralized operational workflows into Pronto XI Distribution, enabling more consistent access to information and standardized processing disciplines across dealers. Dealer feedback reported improved efficiencies in order processing and dispatch, stronger supply chain accuracy and positive point of sale experiences, and overall reception from dealers has been described as very positive with several dealers adopting additional modules.
