Operational integration included a customer portal for artwork approval that surfaced contract and order status to customers, tablet and barcode-enabled shop floor processes for receiving and production, and automated communications to drive status transitions. The rollout preserved traceability from contract to manufacturing by ensuring Odoo Contracts records remained directly associated with Sales Orders, inventory reservations, and quality checks across production and warehouse functions.
Bista Solutions conducted detailed business analysis, two formal rounds of user acceptance testing, and onsite process observation to drive governance and user adoption. The project went live after iterative scope updates and a phased approach to training and documentation, with ongoing phase two work including payment gateway integration and reporting enhancements. Post go-live the company reported increased efficiency, reduced errors, and improved employee and customer satisfaction, while retaining headcount and continuing incremental system enhancements.
