The Odoo CRM deployment was integrated with third party systems required for device activation and logistics, including Avant Guard for device registration, Jasper for sim card registration and alert routing, Authorize.Net and CyberSource for payment processing, and DHL for warehousing and delivery status updates. The rollout consolidated prior point tools such as Salesforce CRM, FinancialForce ERP and Magento eCommerce along with multiple spreadsheets into a unified Odoo platform to provide a single view for sales, billing, customer service, and fulfillment teams. Governance and process changes centralized subscription lifecycle management and automated recurring billing, with Brainvire providing Odoo ERP consulting to align operational workflows and reporting.
