CommArc acted as the system integrator coordinating the multi vendor deployment across NZSki sites in New Zealand, enabling guests to pre purchase lift passes and load multiple products onto a single RFID pass. The implementation centered on an RFID enabled ticketing and lift access configuration combined with Intouch Elevate scheduling functionality for snowsports programming. Functional elements included a ticketing and pass loading workflow, session and lesson scheduling capabilities, and an access control interface to read and validate single pass payloads at lift turnstiles. Architecturally the deployment integrated Intouch Elevate with on site RFID hardware and lift access systems as part of the broader multi vendor stack, with CommArc managing integration sequencing and cutover. Operationally the project supported ticketing, guest services, and mountain operations teams, and explicitly improved pre commitment to enable better staffing and operational planning. |
