Alcohol And Gaming Commission Of Ontario | Government | 495 | $78M | Canada | Computronix | Computronix POSSE ABC | Permitting and Licensing | 2015 |
In 2015 Alcohol And Gaming Commission Of Ontario implemented Computronix POSSE ABC as the foundation of a multi phased Regulatory Assurance Solution named iAGCO, deploying a Permitting and Licensing platform to centralize regulatory operations. The implementation was executed with Computronix acting as both vendor and system integrator and established a common application stack for licensing and enforcement workflows across the regulator.
The Computronix POSSE ABC deployment delivered core modules for licensing and enforcement, a public iAGCO portal for customer self service, a staff back office for case and license management, mobile enforcement capabilities for field inspectors, and BI reporting for regulatory analytics. Configuration focused on workflow orchestration, role based access control, and automated licensing lifecycle processes consistent with Permitting and Licensing functional patterns.
Operational scope covered liquor, gaming, horse racing and recreational cannabis licensing and enforcement across Ontario, centralizing intake, case management and citizen facing transactions under the iAGCO brand. Computronix POSSE ABC was integrated into AGCO operational processes to support front office self service and back office regulatory processing, with mobile enforcement extending coverage to field operations.
Governance followed a multi phased rollout model, culminating with a final phase that went live in October 2020, which completed the centralization of licensing and enforcement capabilities under the iAGCO program. The October 2020 go live explicitly improved online services and strengthened pandemic resilience for AGCO public services.

State of Nebraska | Government | 19067 | $9.7B | United States | Computronix | Computronix POSSE ABC | Permitting and Licensing | 2022 |
In 2022, the State of Nebraska selected Computronix POSSE ABC for its Centralized Alcohol Management Project, known as CAMP, to deliver online licensing, enforcement, brand registration and reporting for the Nebraska Liquor Control Commission. The RFP award occurred in July 2022, the licensing and enforcement implementation began after the award, a formal project kickoff was held on January 10, 2023, and go live was estimated in 2024.
Computronix POSSE ABC was configured to provide centralized online licensing workflows and enforcement case management, with dedicated modules for brand registration and regulatory reporting. The implementation delivered paperless applications and automated workflow orchestration, aligning intake, permit issuance and enforcement case processes with electronic reporting pipelines and measurable KPI improvements reported by the agency.
Deployment scope targeted NLCC operations statewide, centralizing permitting and licensing operations for licensing and enforcement business functions under a single platform. The work placed Computronix POSSE ABC squarely in the Permitting and Licensing category, supporting licensing intake, permit lifecycle management, enforcement case tracking, brand registration governance and statutory reporting across the state.
Gartner supported procurement and Computronix provided implementation services and system integration for the program, with governance following the RFP and kickoff timeline. Project governance emphasized phased rollout for licensing and enforcement, documented automated workflows, and delivery of paperless application handling and KPI measurement ahead of the planned 2024 go live.
