The deployment targeted finance, sales, after-sales, dealer operations and support service workflows to provide a unified transactional and master data backbone across the subsidiary. Annata 365 was embedded into Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations to deliver two automotive-focused modules, Supply Chain for vehicle and support service management and Dealer Portal for vehicle and spare parts purchasing and reservations. The solution model includes an item attribute chain for automotive metadata such as model, version, accessories and color, plus logistics flows tailored to purchase, storage, preparation and sale, and after-sales attributes for schedule reservation, inspection, labor, spare parts and billing. The project architecture emphasized Microsoft ecosystem integration, using Power BI for real-time reporting and custom dashboards feeding Sales, Accounting, After-sales and Warranty teams, and relying on Azure DevOps to manage agile delivery. Deployment governance combined Microsoft's Sure Step methodology with DevOps practices and a phase of cross-functional workshops and training sessions organized by management area to align requirements and user adoption. Operational rollout encompassed dealer and after-sales channel connectivity, logistics dispatching from dealer orders, and IT stewardship for cloud-hosted document and data storage. The implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations and Annata 365 configuration provided end-to-end process digitalization from initial customer engagement through vehicle delivery, and enabled more orderly data access and decision-making as reported by Citroën Chile leadership. |
