In 2019, Ot & Sien Netherlands deployed tritonX Loyalty as its Customer Loyalty platform. The application served as the retailer's CRM and marketing automation backbone to operate an omnichannel member program across the webshop and physical store in the Netherlands.
tritonX Loyalty was configured to support status based points, coupon management and a paid VIP membership tier, combined with member profiling and lifecycle automation. Functional capabilities implemented included campaign orchestration, segment based targeting and redemption workflows that unified online and in store membership experiences.
The deployment integrated tritonX Loyalty with Divide for e commerce storefront connectivity, ACA XPRT for ERP synchronization and Mailchimp as the email service provider. Divide served as the SI VAR partner for the e commerce integration, and the architecture positioned tritonX Loyalty as the central profile store synchronizing transactions and membership state between web and point of sale.
The rollout centralized membership governance and impacted marketing, CRM, e commerce operations and retail store workflows by administering tier rules, points accounting and coupon validation from the tritonX console. The vendor case states the implementation was completed to raise Customer Lifetime Value.
