The initial rollout was delivered with partner Eezee-IT and ongoing support and adaptations are managed by Dphi. Dphi purchased and adapted a gateway module between Odoo and HubSpot from an Odoo reseller to meet Brainbox requirements, and the partner practice is to prefer out of the box community modules before custom development to reduce update risk.
Operational coverage includes Brainbox advisers across Wallonia and workshop staff who rely on the warehouse module for order preparation and delivery, with salespeople accessing the system on the move to update quotes and orders in real time. Governance changes included centralizing multiple customer addresses in Odoo CRM to manage delivery and invoicing locations, and deploying an import module to bring webshop quotes into CRM for prospect and customer follow up.
Brainbox reports improved control of business operations, better internal communication across project teams, faster information retrieval and increased revenue without hiring additional staff since the Odoo eCommerce implementation. The Recruiting application sits alongside Odoo CRM, warehouse and webshop modules, providing sales representatives and advisers with mobile access to consolidated customer, order and personnel information, and enabling multi-address customer management that supports both sales and field deployment planning.
Governance emphasized reuse of community modules before custom development, a strategy used by Dphi to reduce update friction and simplify maintenance.
