In 2020 Alter Domus UK implemented Orgvue Organizational Design as part of a multi-country HR transformation program. Orgvue Organizational Design, categorized as Workforce Analytics, was adopted to strengthen organization design, headcount planning, and scenario modelling within the HR function during a 15 month engagement covering 20 countries.
The Orgvue deployment was executed alongside a suite of SuccessFactors initiatives, including Performance and Goals Management and Compensation and Variable Pay module rollouts across EMEA and APAC, and a full SuccessFactors suite implementation to support a US acquisition integration. The program included targeted Employee Central enhancements such as position management and pay element configuration, and integration of recruitment and onboarding vendor technologies Appical and First Advantage to align talent intake with organizational models.
Operational architecture was governed within a consolidated HR technology program that also delivered a global payroll vendor consolidation across EMEA and APAC, covering 19 countries and 38 payrolls, and a vendor implementation for Immedis that included interfaces to SuccessFactors and S4HANA for payroll data flows. Within this structure Orgvue Organizational Design was positioned to supply Workforce Analytics outputs into HR planning and planning governance workflows.
Governance was delivered through a programme team led part-time by the Head of HR Technology and Payroll Transformation, supported by six project managers and functional specialists plus a Change Lead, with business cases and high level plans developed for US payroll and HR system migration, a global benefits vendor deployment, and an enhanced HR portal. The Orgvue implementation was supported by SI Ewan Partners as the implementation partner, and was managed as an integrated component of the broader HR, payroll, and S4HANA workstreams.
