The program emphasized global configuration harmonization across 65 countries and support for 10 languages, while retaining existing SuccessFactors configurations where no significant changes were required.
HRIZONS served as the implementation partner, providing sales and solution consulting that the TE team credited with building trust and shaping the upgrade approach.
