Manufacturing | 2500 | $900M | Australia | Oracle | Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS - Time and Labor | Time and Attendance | 2011 | In 2011 G.James deployed Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS - Time and Labor to extend its Time and Attendance capabilities across HR and payroll operations. The 2011 deployment was part of a multi‑phase Oracle E-Business Suite program that began in 2007 when G.James implemented Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 modules including Oracle Financials, Oracle Payroll, Oracle Enterprise Asset Management, and Oracle Time and Labor. The implementation focused on core Time and Attendance functionality, including time capture and timesheet processing, configurable labor and attendance rules, schedule management, and integration points for labor costing and payroll provisioning. Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS - Time and Labor was configured to enforce workforce time policies and to populate payroll and ledger inputs used by Oracle Payroll and Oracle Financials. Integration architecture was built around Oracle SOA Suite, which G.James upgraded to Oracle SOA Suite 11g in 2011 to orchestrate synchronous and asynchronous transactions between Time and Labor, Oracle Payroll, Oracle Financials, and Oracle Enterprise Asset Management. Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition was used to consolidate attendance and labor reporting, providing operational and finance teams with unified analytics. Intelligent Pathways acted as the system integrator on the 2011 program, supporting the SOA upgrade and parallel deployments of Oracle Discrete Manufacturing and Oracle Configurator. Governance was centralized under HRMS operational ownership with SOA-mediated interfaces to finance and asset management, and BI-driven reconciliation workflows to support payroll and labor chargeback processes across G.James Australia. |
