Intelligent Pathways served as the system integrator, providing configuration, connector setup, and initial campaign templates for the rollout. Governance established marketing operations ownership for campaign management, lead scoring policies, and sales handoff workflows, with phased activation across web properties and ongoing operational stewardship by the marketing organization.

Configuration emphasized workforce time rules and roster management, leveraging Oracle HCM Time and Labor native processing for time adjudication and payroll-ready data feeds.
Integration architecture in 2011 used Oracle SOA Suite 11g to orchestrate message flows between Oracle HCM Time and Labor, Oracle Payroll and financial costing modules, while Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition consolidated time and attendance reporting. The 2011 program also deployed Oracle Discrete Manufacturing and Oracle Configurator, aligning shop floor labor transactions with enterprise time records.
Implementation partner Intelligent Pathways supported configuration, systems integration and rollout activities across G.James Australian manufacturing operations, and governance was established for time data ownership, approval workflows and scheduled payroll interfaces. The deployment centralized enterprise time capture within Oracle HCM Time and Labor and instrumented integration and reporting layers through SOA and OBIEE to maintain a single source of labor and attendance data.
