The integration pattern between systems was explicit and operationalized, PointClickCare journal entry files are exported as CSV, account numbers and debit and credit lines are mapped into Excel Integrator and submitted to Microsoft Dynamics GP, allowing Census and Cash information entered in PointClickCare to feed the GL. The implementation involved coordination between clinical and finance teams to ensure data accessibility and to align the submission and reconciliation workflow so department heads could self service report access and detail inquiries.
Intellitec Solutions served as the implementation partner, conducting thorough requirements gathering, configuring the GL account model, and delivering role based training that included hands on tasks for end users prior to go live.
