RAJA France selected Comosoft LAGO DAM in 2015 as part of its RAJAMEDIA Vision to deliver an integrated PIM and media asset management solution for catalogue and webshop production across 16 European country operations. The initiative was intended to centralize media planning and increase efficiency in cross country catalogue production.
Comosoft LAGO DAM was configured to provide Digital Asset Management core capabilities including asset ingestion, metadata management, centralized media libraries and web publishing via the LAGO Web environment to support catalogue and webshop workflows. Implementation aligned DAM capabilities with product information management workflows to enable shared media assets and standardized metadata across catalogue production processes.
Comosoft worked jointly with IBM, with IBM providing master data management support, to integrate the DAM environment with RAJA France PIM and country representative publishing workflows. Deployment activities for the LAGO Web environment were reported across country representatives in 2020, reflecting a staged rollout across the 16 European markets.
Governance emphasized centralized media planning and coordinated operational ownership by catalogue and webshop production teams, with joint governance between Comosoft and IBM for MDM and media orchestration. The vendor press release records the 2015 selection and defines the project scope as an integrated PIM and Digital Asset Management solution to support catalogue and webshop production across RAJA France European operations.
