Governance and rollout were executed as a company-wide D:LIFE change program, with communications and stakeholder engagement to embed new hiring and onboarding processes. Reported outcomes from the implementation were explicit, including job requisition time reduced to three minutes from 24 hours, zero physical forms required for onboarding down from five forms, organizational structure generation reduced to one second from two hours, and a largely paperless HR operation.
