In 2011 AO UniCredit Bank implemented IgniteTech Aurea CRM (ex Update CRM) Incentives to establish a unified corporate client data store and to streamline corporate and SME client facing processes in Russia. The deployment focused on the bank unit’s corporate banking and SME relationship management functions and leveraged the application’s Incentive Compensation Management capabilities to align sales and servicing workflows with bank specific procedures.
The project, delivered with LP Solutions Hungary, adapted the financial industry edition of the CRM to local banking workflows, configuring central corporate client master data, account hierarchies, and CRM case and opportunity management for corporate clients. IgniteTech Aurea CRM (ex Update CRM) Incentives was configured to support compensation and incentive workflow logic typical of Incentive Compensation Management systems, and to automate routing and approval steps for relationship manager activities.
Operational scope was concentrated on UniCredit Bank Russia corporate and SME departments, where the system centralized client records and standardized front office processes across the unit. Governance and process changes introduced data stewardship and defined process ownership for corporate client records, and the phased rollout with LP Solutions Hungary embedded CRM driven workflows into sales and servicing operations.
