These components were configured to reflect Dal Ben SpA operational workflows, enabling structured entry of times and costs and real time visibility into job status on the shop floor.
Operational integrations implemented as part of the rollout included XML import processes to populate warehouse documents and automate invoice-to-warehouse data transfer, enabling operators to import all necessary data and reduce manual transcription. NTS Informatica Business Experience was positioned as the single repository for order, item and warehouse documents, supporting procurement and manufacturing execution across the companys multiple production sites.
MTS Informatica acted as the implementation partner, managing the changeover, providing training to minimize operator resistance, and delivering proactive customization through its technical team to meet complex make-to-order requirements.
