Telephony was integrated with the customer relationship management system to deliver CRM pop ups at agent desktops, enable click to dial interactions, and capture call metadata for reporting and order reconciliation. The integration connected call records with order management workflows across Kaykroo United Arab Emirates sites and Saudi locations to align telephony events with customer and order records.
