Optimissa served as the implementation partner, working alongside an internal Andbank investment implementation lead to govern configuration, user acceptance testing and phased rollout of Bloomberg AIM. Governance changes focused on formalizing order routing and settlement workflows, embedding compliance controls in AIM, and establishing operational ownership between investment management and middle-office teams.
