Intercol | Distribution | 180 | $20M | Bahrain | Oracle | Oracle Cloud ERP | ERP Financial | 2019 |
In 2019 Intercol implemented Oracle Cloud ERP to consolidate disparate systems across 14 divisions and two legal entities, addressing fragmented reporting and compliance needs for the Bahrain-based distribution and diversified business conglomerate. The Oracle Cloud ERP deployment targeted centralized financial control and operational visibility across consumer goods, logistics, transportation, and service lines, with OSI Digital engaged as the system integrator for the program.
The implementation used a single Oracle Fusion instance as the backbone for ERP Financial processes, complemented with Intercol-specific Oracle PaaS extensions to support business-specific workflows. Functional modules and capabilities configured included supply chain processes for import and local purchases with landed cost management, sales order capture and booking with credit controls, shipping and invoice integration with a third-party warehouse management system, accounts payable automation, asset tracking and maintenance management, automated customer service contracts and warranty billing schedules, and enhanced project, procurement, material consumption, labor cost and depreciation reporting.
From an architectural and integration perspective the solution leveraged standard Oracle Fusion Cloud SaaS functionality extended through proven APIs, alerts and platform services to enable real-time integration between Fusion Cloud and external systems. The project was executed using a global delivery model with onsite and offshore resources, running to completion over seven months after a June 2018 kickoff, which produced an integrated application landscape and future-proofed interfaces for evolving customer demands.
Operational governance and workflow restructuring established a single source of truth for management reporting and analysis, unified user experience across divisions, and standardized controls for credit, billing schedules and supply chain planning. Centralized reporting and dashboards were implemented to support finance, supply chain planning and operational decision making while reducing manual interventions in transactional capture and reconciliations.
Outcomes recorded by the customer included achieved VAT compliance as per government mandates, higher user adoption through a centralized solution, reduced manual interventions and manual recording of data, and real-time reporting with analytics and dashboards. The implementation was recognized by Intercol as the Gold Standard Cloud ERP Implementation for the Bahrain, Middle East region.

Jones Logistics | Transportation | 250 | $40M | United States | Boomi | Boomi AtomSphere | API Management,iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) | 2024 |
In 2024, Jones Logistics implemented Boomi AtomSphere to serve as a centralized API and integration hub, adopting Boomi AtomSphere within an API Management,iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) framework to enable cloud first connectivity across its transportation and logistics operations. The initiative supported a period of rapid scale for Jones Logistics, which expanded post 2020 to roughly 680 employees and a network spanning 28 states, and was executed with systems integrator OSI Digital as the implementation partner.
The Boomi AtomSphere deployment was configured to provide API lifecycle management, secure API access, data masking, authentication, and reusable connector patterns to accelerate integration development. OSI Digital initially built an API layer for an outdated on premises transportation management system and then established secure API access when Jones Logistics moved core TMS workloads onto a cloud based Turvo platform, demonstrating phased integration and configuration of Boomi AtomSphere components and reusable integration processes.
Integrations implemented through Boomi AtomSphere include Turvo TMS, Trimble TMS, Project44 supply chain visibility, Microsoft Dynamics GP, and direct customer ERP connections, enabling real time shipment creation and tracking workflows. Operational coverage spans customer service, operations, sales, finance, and IT functions, and the implementation explicitly extended to order creation, shipment status updates, invoicing, payments, and order to cash workflows to support both external customer self service and internal process automation.
Governance was centralized on the Boomi platform with OSI Digital leading deployment, which standardized API security and integration patterns to remove fragile point to point custom connections and enable reuse. Outcomes reported by Jones Logistics include approximately 50 percent improvement in internal shipment process efficiency, elimination of about 50 hours per month of manual data work, more than two times acceleration of API and integration development, strengthened scalability to support growth, and a foundation to monetize APIs and expand digital services while improving data privacy controls through Boomi data masking and authentication.

Quanex | Manufacturing | 7068 | $1.3B | United States | Oracle | Oracle E-Business Suite | ERP Financial | 2022 |
In 2022 Quanex implemented Oracle E-Business Suite as its ERP Financial application. The implementation was executed with SI Osi Digital and focused on consolidating 13 disparate ERP instances into a single Oracle E-Business Suite deployment for Quanex Building Products, with core development activity based in Akron, OH.
Architecture and application design used Blazor Server and C# .NET Core front ends connected directly to Oracle via EF Core 7 to enable workflow enhancements and tighter data integration. Functional modules implemented in Oracle E-Business Suite covered Order Entry, Order Management, Shipping and Packing, and front end components were built to transition away from prior MVC and MSSQL middleware patterns toward direct Oracle connectivity.
Parallel projects extended operational coverage beyond core ERP functions, including plant safety dashboards using Blazor Server front ends with MSSQL backends to capture daily check sheets for plant floor safety. Workforce and payroll integrations included a UKG Web Time Clock payroll interface that handled clock in clock out shifts breaks and transfers, and Azure Active Directory syncing for onboarding and offboarding via REST API to UKG.
Delivery and governance incorporated Azure DevOps pipelines established for all projects and DevOps interfaces to ServiceNow for ticketing and change coordination. The Quanex Oracle E-Business Suite ERP Financial deployment therefore covered order to cash and fulfillment processes payroll interfacing and plant floor safety workflows, with identity and release governance rooted in Azure AD and Azure DevOps driven controls.
