Integrations were completed with HR systems, student records and visitor management systems to synchronize identity data and automate provisioning and deprovisioning within the Physical Access Control System. Reach Active Limited acted as the implementation partner for the campus-wide rollout, and governance was centralized under a single Command Centre administration model to standardize card issuance, visitor processing and lockdown procedures across UCL's estate.
